  1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
    We generally have everything instock and can ship right out. Your delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Standard Ground Shipping $7.95 (Ground generally takes 6 to 10 business days) Priority Shipping $8.95 (Priority generally takes 3 to 5 business days) 3 Day Select Shipping $13.95 2nd Day Air Shipping $23.95 Next Day Air $38.95 Canada Only $39.95 (6-10 days for delivery) There is no guarentee on how long it will be in customs.   2. Do you ship internationally?
    The only option we offer for out of the country shipping is. USPS Global Air Ship $69.95 10-20 days for delivery There is no guarentee on how long it will be in customs. When you place your order you will want to select International Rate $69.95.

  3. Do you have an over order policy?
    If you are unsure of which size to order and you don't have much time, you are welcome to overorder. If you order two different sizes to make sure of the proper size, you may return the unneeded size for a refund. If you put the tuxedo back on the hanger with all the tags and packaging in tack, as it was sent to you, we will not charge a restocking fee.

  4. Do you have an exchange policy?
    You are always welcome to exchange. If you keep all tags and packaging in good condition and the item/items have not been worn, there will not be a restocking fee. The shipping fees to send the new items to you and the shipping fees to send the items back to us are your responsibly. Please hold original items until you receive the new items so if something else doesn't fit you only have one shipment back to us.

  5. Do you have any swatches to see the different colors?
    We don't have any swatches. If you order and are not happy with the colors you are welcome to exchange or return. Or you can send us a swatch of your fabric and we will do our best to match it for you.

  6. What is your return policy?
    You are always welcome to return. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by our automated RMA system. Log into your account and review the order in question. There you will find a link to start the RMA process. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all non-defective returns. No returns after 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on special order or closeout items. The shipping fees to send the items to you and the shipping fees to send the items back to us are the customers responsibly.

  7. What is the difference in size 4 and size 4T?
    In the different brands of tuxedos we carry they are either a 4 or a 4T, meaning that in a given style you will only find a Size 4 or a Size 4T not both sizes in the same style. In the tuxedos/suits they are considered the same size. I know in regular clothing there is a big difference in the two sizes but in the tuxedo/suits it is so slight you can't tell the difference. If you order the 4 and it doesn't fit you are welcome to exchange or return it.

  8. I am not sure which size to order, can you help?
    The size chart is only estimated measurements. We sell several different brand names and have taken all the size charts and estimated them together. So, the measurements are no way exact to the tuxedos and suits. Most all of the tuxedos and suits run pretty true to size. I recommend you order what size you normally are purchasing for you child on a day to day basis. If your child is in between sizes I recommend you order the bigger size as it is easier to alter the tuxedo in than to try and let it out. When advising customers to order that way we have had a better success in fitting.

  9. Are you going to have a online scrap book?
    It is always great to hear such good comments from our customers. Without great customers like you we wouldn't be in business. We are currently working on having an online scrapbook. We are wanting to include our customers wearing our product and any other positive feed back you would like included. In order to include your pictures in this scrapbook, we will need a email giving us permission to use the pictures on our website. We will need the picture and feedback emailed to us.

  10. What is the fabric content on your childrens suits and tuxedos?
    Here is a general idea of the fabric content, it may vary on some styles. The fabric in the jacket and pants are 100% Soft Polyester. The fabric in the shirt is a Cotton Polyester Blend. The Jacket, Pant, and Shirt are washable. The buttons are covered with Satin. The pants have a elastic back waistband and a fly front.
